目的 研究戊二醛 -甲基丙烯酸 β羟乙酯 (GA -HEMA)混合液处理牙本质玷污层对银汞合金粘接修复的影响。方法 将在牙合面制备无倒凹Ⅰ类洞的 30颗离体磨牙随机分成 3组 :实验组 1,GA -HEMA处理窝洞后充填银汞合金 ;实验组 2 ,GA -HEMA处理 +粘接剂涂布窝洞后充填银汞合金 ;对照组 ,直接充填银汞合金。 3个组分别作拉力测试及扫描电镜观察。结果 抗脱位力实验组 2最大 ,与实验组 1、对照组相比有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;电镜观察实验组 2充填体与牙体组织间隙最小 ,实验组 1次之 ,与对照组相比均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 GA -HEMA混合液处理牙本质玷污层后能显著增加银汞合金与牙体组织的密合度 ,与粘接剂同时使用能提高银汞合金的固位力。
Objective To investigate the effect of glutaraldehyde-β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (GA-HEMA) mixed solution on dentin smear layer on silver-amalgam adhesive bond repair. Methods 30 off-molars with no undercut were randomly divided into three groups: experimental group 1, GA-HEMA treated hole-filled amalgam; experimental group 2, GA-HEMA treated + sticky After the agent coated hole nest filling silver amalgam; control group, direct filling silver amalgam. Three groups were made for tensile test and scanning electron microscope. Results The anti-dislocation force of experimental group 2 was the largest, which was significantly different from that of experimental group 1 and control group (P <0.01). Electron microscopy showed that there was the smallest gap between the two groups and the experimental group , Compared with the control group were significant (P <0. 01). Conclusion GA-HEMA mixture treated dentine smear layer can significantly increase the silver amalgam and tooth tissue adhesion, and adhesive at the same time can improve the amalgam retention.
