目的:了解某校女大学生维生素 C、铁营养水平。方法:采用营养调查方法。结果:女大学生膳食结构不合理,维生素 C 摄入量偏低,占 RDA61.33%。铁摄入量亦不足,占 RDA92.11%。且大部分为非血红素铁。通过4h 尿负荷试验测定,维生素 C 不足率为58.80%;血清铁不足率为67.30%。结论:该校女大学生膳食中动物性食品及蔬菜水果类摄入偏少,机体维生素 C 及铁营养不足。
Objective: To understand the female college students vitamin C, iron nutrition level. Methods: Nutrition survey method. Results: The dietary structure of female university students was unreasonable and the intake of vitamin C was low, accounting for 61.33% of RDA. Iron intake is also inadequate, accounting for 92.11% of RDA. And most of the non-heme iron. By 4h urine load test, vitamin C deficiency rate of 58.80%; serum iron deficiency rate of 67.30%. Conclusion: The school female college students meal intake of animal foods and fruits and vegetables less than normal, the body of vitamin C and iron nutrition deficiencies.
