多绳摩擦提升机绳槽间的半径差△R超过某一临界值△R_(LJ)时,较小半径绳槽会加速磨损,进而造成磨损恶性循环.此外,绳槽半径差△R超过另一临界值△R_(HL)时,较小半径绳槽上的钢绳可能出现滑动而产生附加滑动磨损,进而会使半径差△R迅速达到△R_(LJ)值.本文综合考虑了以上两个临界值,给出了确定多绳摩擦提升机绳槽允许半径差的方法.
