针对目前辽宁省阜新市小学公共服务资源区域校际间师资非均等化、教学条件非均等化等问题,采用分析-建模-实证-评价的研究方法及GIS空间分析技术,以全国第一次地理国情普查数据为基础,从交通、人口分布、资源分布、用地性质等方面对阜新市小学资源配置进行评价规划.研究结果表明,现有建成小学位置应保持不变,还应在GIS分析的最佳区位新建5所小学.研究结论为辽宁省阜新市人口协调与部分地区设施布局优化提供参考,为地理国情相关综合统计提供了经验.
Aiming at the problems such as non-equalization of teaching staff, inequality of teaching conditions and so on in the primary school public service resource area in Fuxin City of Liaoning Province at present, using the research methods of analysis-modeling-demonstration-evaluation and GIS spatial analysis technology, Based on the geographic census data, the Fuxing primary school resource allocation is evaluated and evaluated from the aspects of traffic, population distribution, resource distribution and the nature of the land use. The results show that the existing elementary school should remain unchanged, The best location of the new five primary schools.The conclusions of the study provide reference for the population coordination in Fuxin City of Liaoning Province and the layout optimization of facilities in some areas and provide experience for the comprehensive statistics related to geographical conditions.
