电力已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分,所以供电企业的日常设备维护工作十分重要。标杆管理是通过比较衡量的方式来改进企业绩效的一种方法,可以有效提升企业竞争地位。强调以优秀的公司作为标杆,通过不断完善自身的方式来减少彼此之间的差距。线损管理工作属于标杆项目中比较重要的一个环节,是供电企业中关键经济技术指标,会对供电企业带来巨大的影响。所以本文将以标杆管理为基础出发点,对供电企业线损管理进行分析,并针对部分问题提出相应的解决措施。
