According to media reports, with the increasing global warming trend, sea level rise, coupled with the explosive population growth, so that cities overwhelmed the growing scarcity of living space. In this case, some designers began another way to look toward the water architecture. The “Sea Tower” filled with rubbish This is a “Sea Tower” design given by a Serbian team. Its bottom will be used to collect garbage and sent to its core for processing. Above this seabed tower building will be able to support the construction of self-sustaining residential areas. In order to keep its residential area from sinking during its development, this tower-shaped building will absorb or release seawater to balance its own weight changes caused by collecting large amounts of rubbish. The designer said those extra rubbish will be converted to electricity and stored in batteries.
