农村小学教育在义务教育中起着至关重要的作用,这就要求农村班主任具备更高的班级管理水平和学科教学能力。农村小学由于受地理条件的限制,资源相对短缺,学生家长文化素质不高,外出打工者较多,农村“留守儿童”越来越多,隔代教育成为农村家庭教育的普遍形式。对孩子疏于管理,严重影响着孩子的发展。
