提出了两种结构不同的神经网络实现对铣削加工参数的自适应最优控制,BP神经网络实现对加工状态的在线建模,优化神经网络根据当前状况和一定的加工约束条件得出最优切削加工参数输入以实现对铣削过程的最优控制.最后给出了仿真和实验结果.
Two kinds of neural networks with different structures are proposed to realize adaptive optimal control of milling parameters. BP neural network is used to realize on-line modeling of machining state. Neural network is optimized to obtain optimal cutting conditions according to current conditions and certain processing constraints Enter the machining parameters to achieve optimal control of the milling process. Finally, the simulation and experimental results are given.
