少年儿童所受到的教育在很大程度上是潜在的。因此,在教育过程中以浓厚的教育氖围去熏陶和感染他们格外重要。几年来,东北师大第二附小在“开放式·个性化”办学理念的指导下,着力发掘环境育人的功能,构建了系统、多元的校园墙壁文化,建设了动、静结合的潜在教育课程,努力让校园的每一面墙都会说话,令每一句话都对学生起到积极的教育作用。
