本文研究了某码头修复过程中皮带输送机工作时产生的振动对处于养护过程中的混凝土强度的影响,系统地分析了振动时试件状态(有侧限、无侧限),经受振动前试件的静停养护时间、振动延续时间等因素所起的作用及经受振动后混凝土强度的发展。试验表明,振动干扰的影响不仅取决于振动的参数(频率、振幅),而且与其它因素有关。带模试件经受一定烈度的振动干扰时,对混凝土强度无不利影响,但脱模试件的强度却有所下降。振动干扰的影响还因振动延续时间的不同而不同,而且经受振动后,混凝土强度的发展受到了一定的影响。
In this paper, the influence of the vibration of the belt conveyor during the repair of a pier on the strength of the concrete in the curing process was studied. The state of the test specimen (with or without limits) during the vibration was systematically analyzed and tested before being subjected to vibration. The effect of the static stop maintenance time, vibration duration and other factors and the development of concrete strength after being subjected to vibration. Tests have shown that the effect of vibration interference depends not only on the parameters of the vibration (frequency, amplitude) but also on other factors. When the specimen with a mould undergoes vibration disturbance of a certain intensity, it has no adverse effect on the strength of the concrete, but the strength of the demoulding specimen is reduced. The effect of vibration interference varies with the duration of vibration, and the strength of the concrete is affected by the vibration.
