筛选抗棉红铃虫的种质资源,是棉花育种的重要基础工作。本文用两种抗性鉴定指标,评价了19个陆地棉品种(系)对棉红铃虫的田间抗性。材料与方法试验于1986年在本校实验农场进行。供试品种(系)19个,包括推广品种、过时品种以及具有特殊性状的品种(系),以鄂沙28为抗虫对照。随机化完全区组设计,三次重复,单行区。行长2.33米,株行距0.23×0.67(米)。5月7日播种,栽培管理除不整枝、不防治棉红铃虫外,其余同大田生产。抗虫鉴定的时间和项目如下:7月12-30日逐日调查各小区开花数、虫花数,计算虫花
Screening cotton bollworm germplasm resources, cotton breeding is an important foundation work.
