目的:测定维生素E微囊在健康家兔体内的药物动力学参数。方法:6只健康家兔随机交叉灌胃服用维生素E微囊,并用紫外分光光度法测定血浆中的血药浓度。结果:经PKPB-N1程序包拟合,药-时曲线符合一级吸收的双室模型。动物服用维生素E微囊后,血浆中药物T_(1/2Ka)=3.246±1.667h,T_(1/2a)=7.150±1.899h,T_(1/2β)=38.305±3.34h,达峰时间是12.10±3.807h,达峰浓度是8.652±2.404mg/L,曲线下面积为264.56±90.69.mg/L.
Objective: To determine the pharmacokinetic parameters of vitamin E microcapsules in healthy rabbits. Methods: Six healthy rabbits were randomly divided into intragastric administration of vitamin E microcapsules, and the plasma concentration of plasma was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: PKPB-N1 package fitting, drug-time curve in line with a two-compartment model of absorption. T_ (1 / 2Ka) = 3.246 ± 1.667h, T_ (1 / 2a) = 7.150 ± 1.899h and T_ (1/2) β = 38 after taking vitamin E microcapsules. 305 ± 3.34h, the peak time was 12.10 ± 3.807h, the peak concentration was 8.652 ± 2.404mg / L, the area under the curve was 264.56 ± 90.69. mg / L.
