目前焦作矿务局已有70%以上的竖井提升容器采用了钢丝绳罐道作导向装置。它具有结构简单、安装方便、使用寿命长,维护费用低等优点。但由于受到拉紧方式某种缺点的限制,致使在一些设计中不得不改选其它罐道形式,如金属罐道和木罐道。所以这就是我们要改进拉紧装置的主要原因。 一、目前我局钢丝绳罐道拉紧装置的形式: 1、螺旋拉紧装置——该装置方式简单可靠,但拉紧力受到一定的限制,不能适应张力的变化,调整很不方便。
