目的探讨早期慢性肾衰竭患者中采用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法将我院收治的71例早期慢性肾衰竭患者分为两组,常规西医治疗的35例为对照组,中西医结合治疗的另36例为观察组,分析两组治疗疗效。结果观察组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、SCr、尿素氮及总有效率均优于对照组P<0.05。结论在早期慢性肾衰竭患者采用中西医结合治疗治疗疗效确切,可推广。
Objective To explore the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with early chronic renal failure. Methods Seventy-one patients with early-stage chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups. 35 cases were treated with routine western medicine as the control group. Another 36 cases treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine were the observation group. The curative effect was analyzed. Results 24 hours after treatment, urinary protein, SCr, urea nitrogen and total effective rate in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early treatment of patients with chronic renal failure with Integrative Medicine is effective and can be promoted.
