胆囊结石形成之前有胆囊运动障碍。人胆囊壁和Oddi氏括约肌上有多肽性神经支配,这些多肽控制着胆囊和Oddi括约肌的运动,在胆囊结石形成中可能起着一定的作用。本文测定单纯胆囊结石病人血浆VIP、P物质和生长抑素,并与健康人对照。实验结果表明两组没有统计学差别,这可能跟这些多肽的浓度主要分布在门静脉和胆囊组织内有关
Gallbladder stones before the formation of gallbladder dyskinesia. Human Gallbladder Wall and Oddi’s Sphincter Have Peptide Innervation. These peptides control the movement of the gallbladder and the Oddi sphincter, and may play a role in gallstone formation. This article measured the simple gallstone patients with plasma VIP, substance P and somatostatin, and healthy controls. The experimental results show that there is no statistical difference between the two groups, which may be related to the concentration of these peptides are mainly distributed in the portal vein and gallbladder tissue
