目的研究解毒活血法治疗小儿难治性肾病的疗效。方法系统总结分析30例小儿难治性肾病综合征临床证候资料,通过治疗前后证候积分情况,归纳本病证候出现频率,验证解毒活血法治疗本病的有效率。结果小儿难治性肾病证候出现频率依次为:小便多沫、凹陷性水肿、下肢水肿、易感、舌质或舌边尖红、舌苔黄厚等,“热、毒、瘀”互结是本病的重要病机变化,疗效评定总有效率为93.33%。结论解毒活血法治疗小儿难治性肾病疗效显著。
Objective To study the curative effect of detoxification and activating blood on children with refractory nephropathy. Methods The clinical syndrome data of 30 cases of pediatric refractory nephrotic syndrome were systematically analyzed. The frequency of syndromes of the disease was summarized by the points of syndromes before and after treatment, and the effectiveness of detoxification and blood circulation to cure the disease was verified. Results The frequency of intractable nephrotic syndromes in children was as follows: urinary foaming, concave edema, lower extremity edema, susceptibility, tongue or tongue sharp red, thick yellow tongue coating, etc. Junction is an important pathogenesis of the disease changes, the total effective rate of 93.33%. Conclusion Jieduhuoxue treatment of children with refractory renal disease significant effect.
