液氯钢瓶(材质为16MnR)是我厂批量较大的产品。过去的生产中,钢瓶的两个封头环缝是用埋弧自动焊法分别焊接的,两个保护罩环缝用 CO_2气体保护焊法分别焊接。随着我国社会主义建设事业的发展,我们生产的液氯钢瓶远满足不了需要。我厂三连三班的革命职工,发扬“自力更生,艰苦奋斗,破除迷信,解放思想”的革命精神,打破了传统的焊法,制造出适于生产条件的摇臂式埋弧自动焊机和 CO_2气体保护焊机,
