简要介绍了现场总线技术及现场总线控制系统的3个关键要点;通过现场总线在平顶山电厂2×1000MW机组主厂房外水处理系统中的成功应用,详细介绍了其选取方法及所采用的开关量控制选用ProfiBus-DP总线,模拟量选用FF-H1总线的总体方案;并分析研究了FCS的配置、拓扑结构、网段划分、总线电缆选型等;通过工程实际应用情况分析了现场总线的优点:节省投资、缩短工期、加强了预维护能力等;总结了现场总线在设计、施工、调试过程中所遇到的问题。
The three key points of field bus technology and fieldbus control system are briefly introduced. The successful application of field bus in the external water treatment system of 2 × 1000 MW unit in Pingdingshan Power Plant is introduced in detail. The selection method and the switch Control the use of ProfiBus-DP bus, analog FF-H1 bus used in the overall program; and analysis of the FCS configuration, topology, network segment, bus cable selection, etc .; through the actual application of the project analyzed the advantages of fieldbus : Save investment, shorten the construction period, and strengthen the ability of pre-maintenance; summed up the field bus in the design, construction, commissioning process encountered problems.
