实验证明,从北京斋堂低钙镁风化煤提取的黄腐酸钠(SF)及棕腐酸钠(SHY)显著地促进大鼠皮肤创伤的愈合。SF不影响创伤愈合的迟缓期,但使其后的愈合速率提高53.8%。SHY使愈合的迟缓期消失,并以近似SF的水平提高愈合速率,但6日后速率减慢至接近于对照组。SF及SHY对刨伤愈合的促进作用不固同时注射氢化可的松(HC)而明显减弱。此外,SF及SHY如同HC一样有力地抑制棉球肉芽组织的生长,但它们又不象HC那样使其中的胶原蛋白含量降低。
Experiments show that sodium fulvate (SF) and sodium palmitate (SHY) extracted from Beijing Zhaitang low-calcium magnesium weathered coal significantly promote healing of skin wounds in rats. SF did not affect the delay period of wound healing, but it increased the healing rate by 53.8%. SHY caused the delay of healing to disappear and increased the healing rate at a level similar to SF, but after 6 days the rate slowed to be closer to the control group. The effect of SF and SHY on the healing of the sawing was not solid and the injection of hydrocortisone (HC) was significantly weakened. In addition, SF and SHY strongly inhibited the growth of granulation tissue in cotton balls just as HC did, but they did not reduce the content of collagen in HCs.
