目的通过检测EB病毒VCA-IgA和EA-IgA抗体,并结合鼻内窥镜检查,对门诊就诊的广东地区患者进行鼻咽癌诊断。方法用间接免疫酶法检测门诊就诊的广东地区患者的EB病毒VCA-IgA和EA-IgA抗体,并用鼻内窥镜对抗体阳性的患者进行鼻咽部检查,对可疑的患者进行鼻咽部活检。结果门诊3 275例患者进行EB病毒VCA-IgA和EA-IgA抗体检测,VCA-IgA抗体阳性545例,EA-IgA抗体阳性39例,两项阳性39例,875例行鼻内窥镜检查,594例进行病理活组织检查,共确诊鼻咽癌患者79例。抗体阳性鼻咽癌检出率为14.13%。结论 EB病毒VCA-IgA和EA-IgA抗体检测并结合鼻内窥镜检查是鼻咽癌临床综合诊断的较好方法。
Objective To detect nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in outpatient Guangdong patients by detecting Epstein-Barr virus (VCA-IgA) and EA-IgA antibody combined with nasal endoscopy. Methods Indirect immunoenzymatic method was used to detect Epstein-Barr virus (VCA-IgA) and EA-IgA (Anti-EBV) antibodies in outpatients in Guangdong Province. Nasopharyngoscopy was used to detect nasopharyngeal lesions in patients with positive antibody. Nasopharyngeal biopsies . Results The results of VCA-IgA and EA-IgA antibodies detection in 3 275 outpatients were 545 cases of VCA-IgA antibody, 39 cases of EA-IgA antibody, 39 cases of two positive cases and 875 cases of nasal endoscopy. 594 cases of pathological biopsy, a total of 79 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed. The positive rate of antibody positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 14.13%. Conclusion The detection of Epstein-Barr virus VCA-IgA and EA-IgA antibodies combined with nasal endoscopy is a good method for the comprehensive clinical diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
