目的 :评价42式太极拳对中老年知识分子心血管功能的影响。方法 :对73名中老年知识分子从事1年系统的42式太极拳锻炼前后体重、心电图、血压、心血管功能参数等指标进行比较。结果 :与训练前相比受试者肺活量显著提高、体重降低、收缩压略降低、舒张压略升高、心泵功能和微循环功能明显改善、心电图改善。太极拳运动时心肌耗氧量增加、血液粘度升高、冠脉缺血阈值降低。结论 :长期从事太极拳运动对中老年知识分子心血管功能有良好的影响 ,但太极拳运动易造成心肌相对缺血。
Objective: To evaluate the influence of 42-type Taijiquan on the cardiovascular function of middle-aged and elderly intellectuals. Methods: The indexes of body weight, electrocardiogram, blood pressure and cardiovascular function before and after 42-year Taijiquan exercise of 73 middle-aged and old-aged intellectuals were compared. Results: Compared with those before training, the vital capacity of the subjects increased significantly, the body weight decreased, the systolic pressure slightly decreased, the diastolic pressure slightly increased, the cardiac pump function and the microcirculation function improved significantly, and the electrocardiogram improved. Tai Chi exercise increased myocardial oxygen consumption, blood viscosity, coronary threshold lower. Conclusion: Long-term Tai Chi exercise has a good effect on the cardiovascular function of middle-aged and elderly intellectuals, but Taiji exercise can easily cause myocardial ischemia.
