一、概述国内外钢渣用于烧结的试验研究及生产实践表明,在混合料中添加适量的钢渣以代替部分石灰石作熔剂进行烧结,在技术上是可行的,经济上是合理的,不仅对提高烧结矿产、质量有明显效果,对高炉冶炼也有较好的技术经济效益,并能回收钢渣中的铁、锰等元素。武钢二炼钢厂未建渣场,投产后一直将钢渣卸在一炼钢渣场内。由于渣场面积有限,运输紧张,钢渣排放很不方便。今后随着生产的发展,必将给炼钢生产带来更大困难。
