目的研究安徽省首例人感染猪链球菌病病例,为预防控制该病提供依据。方法运用流行病学方法进行个案调查并采集病人的早期血标本进行病原分离和病毒基因检测。结果病人急性起病,有高热、头痛等全身中毒症状,以中毒性休克为主要临床表现。患者感染的直接因素为宰杀、加工病死猪,感染途径为皮肤直接接触。结论该病例系由猪链球菌血清2型引起的人-猪链球菌感染,为安徽省首次报告的人感染猪链球菌病。
Objective To study the first case of human infection with Streptococcus suis in Anhui Province and provide evidence for prevention and control of the disease. Methods Epidemiological methods were used for case investigation and early blood samples of patients were collected for pathogen isolation and viral gene testing. Results Acute onset of patients with fever, headache and other symptoms of systemic poisoning, toxic shock as the main clinical manifestations. The direct cause of patient infection is slaughter, processing dead pigs, the direct route of exposure for the skin. Conclusions This case was caused by Streptococcus suis serotype 2 caused by Streptococcus suis serotype 2, which was the first reported human infection of Streptococcus suis in Anhui Province.
