一九八四年,经省、市劳动部门批准,我们公司先后在常州绝缘材料广、常州照相机总厂、常州第二电机厂、常州低压电器厂等四个单位进行了工资与经济效益挂钩浮动办法试点,通过实践证明,这种办法能进一步调动企业和职工的积极性,能促进企业经济效益的不断提高。初步改变了在工资问题上企业吃国家大锅饭、职工吃企业大锅饭的状况,出现了企业积极为国家、职工为企业多作贡献的新气象。做到了“国家增收,财政满意;增强活力,企业满意,多劳多得,职工满意”。
In 1984, with the approval of the labor department of the province and city, our company successively engaged in the floating of wages and economic benefits in Changzhou Insulation Materials Guangchang, Changzhou Camera General Factory, Changzhou Second Motor Factory, and Changzhou Low Voltage Electrical Factory. The pilot scheme has proved through practice that this method can further mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises and employees and promote the continuous improvement of the economic efficiency of enterprises. Initially changed the status of companies eating the country’s big pot of rice on the issue of wages, workers eating large pots of business, and the emergence of new conditions for companies to actively contribute to the country, workers for the enterprise. We have achieved “increased income from the country, financial satisfaction, enhanced vitality, business satisfaction, more work and more, and employee satisfaction.”
