我院从1993年初开始进行了医院内部劳动人事制度的改革。改革的重点是在现行的管理体制中渗入供求机制、竞争机制、工资机制,促使院内人才合理流动。医院实行了院长负责制和院科两级管理体制;党委起监督保证作用,职代会承担民主监督作用,使责、权、利三者到位和统一,从而保证医院改革的顺利进行。 1、行政干部公开招聘。实行竞争上岗制。医院内有7个职能科室需聘正副科长10名,参加竞争者16名(原正副科长8名,其他人员8名),竞争后实际聘用8名
Our hospital from the beginning of 1993 to carry out the hospital internal labor and personnel system reform. The focus of the reform is to infiltrate the supply and demand mechanism, the competition mechanism and the wage mechanism in the existing management system so as to promote the rational flow of talents in the hospital. The hospital has implemented the system of president-in-charge and hospital-level management.
