以进口鱼粉和膨化豆粕为主要蛋白源,配制4种不同蛋白水平的全价配合饲料,在试验组分别加入大蒜粉、酸化剂、杆菌制剂及胆碱等饲料添加剂,并进行水平处理。在池塘饲养野生健康黄鳝苗(个体质量37.83~39.75g,P>0.05)110d。探讨不同蛋白水平饲料和处理因子对其生长影响。结果表明:饲料蛋白质水平及互作因子对黄鳝的增质量、体长、腹肌嫩度和净膛率有极显著影响;对背肌嫩度具有显著影响。对屠宰率、肥满度、肝胆指数、肌肉蒸煮损失、肌肉化学指标、饵料系数和养殖效益等分析比较,含粗蛋白质42%组最佳,其次是40%蛋白质水平组。对改善肌肉品质、控制肝胆指数和蒸煮损失,胆碱添加量1.25%组明显优于其他胆碱水平组。
Imported fishmeal and puffed soybean meal as the main source of protein, prepared four kinds of full-price compound feed with different protein levels, and added garlic powder, acidifier, bacillus preparation and choline feed additive in the experimental group, and conducted horizontal treatment. Wild and healthy eel seedlings were raised in ponds (individual quality 37.83 ~ 39.75g, P> 0.05) for 110 days. To investigate the different protein levels of feed and processing factors on their growth. The results showed that dietary protein level and interaction factors had a significant effect on eel’s mass gain, body length, abdominal tenderness and evisceration rate, and tenderness on back muscle significantly. Analysis of slaughter rate, fatness, hepatobiliary index, muscle cooking loss, muscle chemical index, feed conversion coefficient and culture efficiency showed that 42% crude protein was the best, followed by 40% protein. To improve muscle quality, control liver and gallbladder index and cooking loss, 1.25% of choline addition group was significantly better than other choline levels.
