生态移民对于欠发达地区解决贫困、保护生态环境、开发利用国土资源、加快全面建设小康社会起到了重要的推动作用。本文以全国最大的生态移民区宁夏吴忠市红寺堡为例,在实地调查的基础上,界定了红寺堡跨越式发展的内涵,提出加快红寺堡区跨越式发展的建议,既可以进一步推动红寺堡生态移民区的跨越式发展,也可以对其他生态移民地区的发展提供经验借鉴和理论指导。
Ecological migration has played an important role in promoting poverty alleviation, protecting the ecological environment, developing and utilizing land and resources, and accelerating the building of an overall well-to-do society in an underdeveloped area. Taking Hongsipu, Wuzhong City, the largest ecological immigrant area in the country, as an example, this paper defines the connotation of Hongsipu leapfrog development on the basis of field surveys and puts forward suggestions to speed up the development of Hongbsibao area by leaps and bounds. It can not only promote the ecological immigration area of Hongsipu Fort Leap-forward development can also provide experiences and theoretical guidance on the development of other ecologically-reliant regions.
