一九九五年是东风公司的质量年、管理年。是东风公司全面贯彻落实“十四届四中全会”精神,加速转换企业经营机制,向公司化体制转化的关键一年。一九九五年,公司的质量工作,围绕公司“争创名牌,强化基础,认真贯标,让用户更满意”的质量主题,严明纪律、从严治厂,开创东风公司质量工作新局面。为确保一九九五年质量工作目标的全面实现,对公司的质量工作作以下十项规定:1、全公司掀起“创名牌、争优质、上基础、抓贯标、为用户”的抓质量高潮。2、加大质量考核力度,严格厂(部、处)长质量责任考核。
