ＫＹＬＤ－６２０型装置是采用 ＨＣＤ法蒸镀氮化钛膜层生产设备，它开创了使离子镀膜新技术由试验室走向较大规模工艺生产的新途径。该设备功率大、产量高，结构新颖，参数合理，布局紧凑，操作方便。设备主要用这为在表带上蒸镀 ＴｉＮ装饰膜，但更换适当的夹具及反应气体，可扩大其应用范围。 该装置的研制成功，不仅扩大了装饰镀膜的应用范围，丰富了人民的物质生活，而且，为国家节省了大量的黄金。仅以表带为例，年产量为十八万条（九十万块中型表壳），每年可为国家节省黄金一万二千克。
The KYLD-620 is a HCD vapor deposition titanium nitride coating production facility that opens up new avenues for ion plating new technologies from the laboratory to larger-scale processes.
