目的:探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变、癌及尖锐湿疣细胞核DNA含量及核面积等的变化规律。方法:应用计算机图像分析系统经Feulgen染色的组织切片对正常宫颈鳞状上皮、尖锐湿疣、不同程度宫颈上皮内瘤变与子宫颈癌共40例,进行细胞核DNA含量、核面积与倍体直方图检测。结果:显示核DNA含量、核面积及超5倍体(5c)细胞等在上述各病变依次增加,统计学分析有显著性差异;但核面积增大与核DNA含量增加并不完全呈正相关,不同病变的细胞核DNA倍体分布直方图图形不同。结论:细胞核DNA含量及图像分析能以量化的方式形象地显示宫颈鳞状上皮癌变过程的变化规律,对病理诊断及临床工作有重要参考价值。尖锐湿疣属良性增生性病变。
Objective: To investigate the changes of nuclear DNA content and nuclear area in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, cancer and genital warts. Methods: The normal cervical squamous epithelium, condyloma acuminatum, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer were divided into four groups according to the computerized image analysis system by Feulgen staining. DNA content, nucleus area and ploidy histogram Detection. Results: The nuclear DNA content, nuclear area, and ultra-5-fold (5c) cells showed an increase in each of the above lesions, with significant statistical differences. However, the increase of nuclear area was not positively correlated with the increase of nuclear DNA content. Different lesion nucleus DNA ploidy distribution histogram of different graphics. CONCLUSION: The nuclear DNA content and image analysis can quantitatively display the changing rules of cervical squamous carcinogenesis and have important reference value for pathological diagnosis and clinical work. Genital warts are benign proliferative lesions.
