作者选择13例各种类型的硬皮病(8例肢端硬皮病、4例泛发性硬皮病、1例硬皮病皮肌炎),用水杨酸偶氮磺胺眦啶(Salazopyrin)进行治疗。所有患者均系住院治疗。开始剂量每天2～4克,分4～6次口服。5例患者对药物耐受良好,剂量增至每天5克;2例肢端硬皮病患者因恶心、呕吐而减为每日0.5克,改用肠溶片后上述副作用即消失;1例肢端硬皮病患者因严重呕吐用药3天后终
