中国古代法官责任制度是吏治中的重要内容。法官责任制度的记载可溯源至夏,确立于秦汉,完善于隋唐,宋元明清又不断完善发展,形成了独具特色的法律文化,堪称中华法律文化宝库中的瑰宝。汉代的法官责任制度作为中国古代法官责任制度的确立阶段,主要包括司法管辖制度中的责任、案件纠举过程中的法律责任和审理案件过程中的责任等部分。
