电子自旋标记的药物小分子可以利用ESR技术直接研究其与生物大分子的相互作用。作者以四氯合铂(Ⅱ)酸钾为原料,用改进的方法分别经一步和两步反应合成两个电子自旋标记的顺铂类药物——顺式二氯二(4-氨基-TEMPO)合铂(Ⅱ)和顺式二碘二(4-氨基-TEMPO)合铂(Ⅱ),收率分别为48.5%和61.3%。结构式如下:
Electron spin-labeled drug small molecules can use ESR technology to directly study their interaction with biological macromolecules. The authors used potassium tetrachloro-platinum (Ⅱ) as raw material and synthesized two electronic spin-labeled cisplatin drugs, cis-dichlorobis (4-amino-TEMPO ) Platinum (Ⅱ) and cis-diiodo-bis (4-amino-TEMPO) platinum (Ⅱ) were obtained in 48.5% and 61.3% yields, respectively.
