根据尕斯N1-N12油藏的出砂情况,提出了堵水固砂一体化技术。介绍了堵水固砂一体化技术原理,给出了堵水固砂剂的配方及技术指标。该技术具有如下特点:①适应温度范围40~90℃;②能显著降低水在二氧化硅表面的接触角,增强表面水湿性;③对岩石表面具有强亲水性,可起到堵水增油的作用。④封堵强度高,耐温及抗盐性能好,对地层骨架砂及非地层骨架砂都具有良好的固砂效果;⑤对油层损害小,岩心渗透率伤害率≤20%;⑥对岩心(水相)有很好的封堵能力,封堵率大于95%,突破压力梯度大于10MPa/m;⑦在油相中的堵塞率大大低于水相中的堵塞率,油相中的突破压力小于水相中的突破压力,有利于堵住出水孔道;⑧施工工艺简单,使用安全。现场试验5口井,工艺成功率和固砂见效率100%,堵水见效率75%,试验井增油3669t。
