政府公信力即政府的影响力、民众对政府的满意度和信任度,它直接影响政府的合法性和党的执政基础。当前,我国正处于社会转型期、矛盾多发期,社会治理难度不断增加,同时,地方政府服务意识缺乏、决策能力不足、社会治理能力有限,导致地方政府失信现象屡有发生。为此,应通过明确政府角色定位、理清各级政府职责、提高政府履职能力等方式,提高地方政府公信力。 The credibility of the government that is the influence of the government, people’s satisfaction and trust in the government, it directly affects the legitimacy of the government and the party’s governing foundation. At present, our country is in a period of social transition, conflicts occur frequently, and the difficulty of social governance is constantly increasing. At the same time, local government lack awareness of service, lack of decision-making power and limited social governance capacity, resulting in the frequent occurrence of dereliction of trust by local governments. Therefore, we should improve the credibility of local government by defining the role of government, clarifying the responsibilities of governments at all levels and improving the government’s ability to perform their duties.
