利用热模拟试验机对铸态27SiMn钢在应变速率为0.01~10 s-1,变形温度为1 000~1 150℃条件下的热成形流变应力行为进行了等温恒应变速率压缩试验。通过真应力-真应变曲线,分析了应变速率和变形温度对流变应力的影响规律。通过线性回归分析计算出铸态27SiMn钢的应变硬化指数n,变形激活能Q,获得了铸态27SiMn钢的热成形流变应力本构方程。
The isothermal constant strain rate compression tests were carried out on hot forming flow stress of as-cast 27SiMn steel at strain rate of 0.01-10 s-1 and deformation temperature of 1000-1 150 ℃ using a thermal simulator. Through the true stress-true strain curve, the influence of strain rate and deformation temperature on the flow stress is analyzed. The strain hardening index n and deformation activation energy Q of as-cast 27SiMn steel were calculated by linear regression analysis. The constitutive equations of thermoforming flow stress of as-cast 27SiMn steel were obtained.
