思想政治工作是卫生系统各项工作有效开展的生命线,加强思想政治工作有利于坚定理想信念、提高医疗道德水平以及促进社会和谐发展。当前,随着我国利益结构的局部调整以及医疗卫生体制的不断变革,我国卫生系统思想政治工作面临重要性认识不足、管理方式落后以及人员队伍力量薄弱等问题。因此,必须从加大宣传,深化认识、创新工作模式,提高工作效率、加强队伍建设,提高职业化水平等方面入手加强我国卫生系统思想政治工作的发展。
Ideological and political work is the lifeline for effectively carrying out various tasks in the health system. Strengthening ideological and political work is conducive to strengthening ideals and convictions, raising the level of medical ethics, and promoting the harmonious development of society. At present, with the partial adjustment of the structure of interest in our country and the continuous transformation of the medical and health system, the ideological and political work in the health system of our country faces the problems of lack of understanding of importance, backward management methods and weakness of the workforce. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the development of ideological and political work in the health system of our country from the aspects of increasing publicity, deepening understanding, innovating the work mode, improving work efficiency, strengthening team building and raising the level of professionalism.
