以防辐射液压挖掘机回转齿轮为研究对象,利用Pro/E建立了回转齿轮的三维实体模型,确定了回转齿轮啮合传动的正确啮合参数,在ADAMS进行回转齿轮啮合动力学仿真分析。仿真得到的齿圈转速、啮合力及啮合力的频率与理论计算值基本一致,验证了模型的准确性与可靠性。最后分析了不同转速及转矩对啮合力的影响。仿真结果可为回转齿轮的强度校核、优化设计等提供计算依据。
Taking the anti-radiation revolving gear of hydraulic excavator as the research object, a three-dimensional solid model of the revolving gear was established with Pro / E, the correct meshing parameters of the revolving gear meshing transmission were determined, and the dynamics simulation of revolving gear meshing was carried out in ADAMS. The simulation results show that the speed, meshing force and meshing force of the ring gear are basically consistent with the theoretical values, which proves the accuracy and reliability of the model. Finally, the influence of different speed and torque on the meshing force is analyzed. The simulation results can provide the basis for calculation of the strength of revolving gear, optimization design and so on.
