广告经营单位在广告监督管理机关广告经营资格检查通知规定的时间内,未报送广告经营资格检查材料的,限期补报广告经营资格检查材料,处一千元以下罚款。广告监督管理机关应当对在广告经营资格检查截止日期前未参加检查的,广告经营单位实行公告。自公告发布之日起,三十日内无正当理由仍未到广告监督管理机关接受检查的,其《广告经营许可证》作废。
Where an advertising business unit fails to submit materials for examination of business operation qualifications within the time prescribed in the notice on the examination of advertisement business qualifications of the advertising supervision and administration department, it shall make a supplementary report within the time limit and file a copy of the advertisement business qualification inspection and shall be fined not more than 1,000 yuan. The advertising supervision and administration department shall make a public announcement on the advertising business units that did not participate in the inspection before the deadline for conducting the advertising business qualification examination. From the date of publication of the announcement, within 30 days without proper reason has not yet to the advertising supervision and inspection authorities to accept the inspection, the “advertising business license” void.
