目的 :研究三七总皂苷对脑缺血再灌注损伤血清IL - 8的影响。方法 :线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉阻断 (middlecerebralarteryocclusion ,MCAO)局灶性脑缺血模型 ,缺血 2h ,再灌注 3h ,放免法测定血清IL - 8的含量。结果 :5 0mg/kg-1ip ,qd× 7d能降低大鼠脑缺血再灌注后血清IL - 8的含量。结论 :三七总皂苷通过降低大脑缺血再灌注后血清IL - 8的产生和释放 ,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective : To study the effect of panax notoginseng saponins on serum IL-8 in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. METHODS: The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established by suture embolization. Ischemia was performed for 2h and reperfusion was performed for 3h. Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the serum IL-8 level. Results :50mg/kg-1ip and qd×7d could decrease the serum IL-8 level after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Conclusion: Panax notoginseng saponins can protect cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by decreasing the production and release of serum IL-8 after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
