为了解电焊锰对工人健康的影响,我们于1984~1991年对广西4种行业13个厂矿企业的焊工进行了调查。现报告如下。对象与方法共检查水电系统、冶金系统、造(修)船业和机械加工业13个厂矿企业从事电焊作业工人1115人,其中男753人,女362人。平均年龄33岁(17~58岁),平均焊龄8.5年(1个月~34年)。作业环境空气中锰含量测定用上海宏伟仪表厂TFC-A-3型粉尘采样器于作业点焊工呼吸带采样,用磷酸高碘酸钾比色法分析锰含量。焊工锰危害调查在一般健康查体的基础上询问
In order to understand the impact of welding manganese on the health of workers, we conducted a survey of welders in 13 factories and mines in 4 industries in Guangxi from 1984 to 1991. The report is as follows. Objects and Methods A total of 1115 welder workers, including 753 males and 362 females, were inspected for hydropower systems, metallurgical systems, shipbuilding and mechanical processing industries. The average age of 33 years (17 to 58 years), the average welding age of 8.5 years (1 month to 34 years). Determination of manganese content in the air at work environment TPR-A-3 dust sampler at Hongwei Instrument Factory in Shanghai was used to sample the respiratory zone of welders at work and the manganese content was analyzed by potassium periodate phosphoric acid colorimetry.
