目的:统计2011-2014河北省血液中心血液报废率,分析造成血液报废的原因,为探讨降低血液报废率的措施提供理论依据。方法:收集2011-2014年血液报废信息,按检测原因造成的血液报废和非检测原因造成的血液报废分别统计。结果:共采集血液1 167 714U,报废85 879U,报废率7.35%,各年份间报废率差异有统计学意义(χ2=3 165.7,P<0.05)。非检测原因造成的血液报废率较高,占71.2%(61 179/85 879),其中脂肪血为4.05%、血浆颜色异常或溶血0.37%、其他0.34%、血袋破裂或渗漏0.29%、絮状物析出0.12%、特殊抗体亚型0.06%、不足量0.02%,各年份间非检测不合格血液报废率差异有统计学意义(χ2=3 178.3,P<0.05)。由实验室检测原因造成的血液报废率占28.8%(24 700/85 879),其中ALT为0.87%、抗-HCV阳性0.41%、HBsAg阳性0.34%、SYP阳性0.30%,检测不合格血液各年份间报废率差异有统计学意义(χ2=546,P<0.05)。结论:我中心血液报废率较高,应重视加强对献血者健康征询,做好无偿献血知识的普及工作;选择灵敏度高,特异性强的检测试剂及优化检测策略;各环节严格按照操作规程执行,提高工作人员业务水平和责任心。这对降低血液报废率,保护血液安全有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To calculate the blood reject rate of blood centers in Hebei province from 2011 to 2014, analyze the causes of blood excretion, and provide a theoretical basis for the measures to reduce the blood reject rate. Methods: Collect blood scrap information from 2011 to 2014, according to the blood test results caused by scrapped and non-detection of blood caused by scrapped statistics. Results: A total of 1 167 714 U of blood were collected, which was scrapped at 85 879 U, with a rejection rate of 7.35%. Conclusion: The center has a high rate of blood rejections. We should pay more attention to the health promotion of blood donors and popularize the knowledge of blood donation. We should select the detection reagents with high sensitivity and specificity and optimize the testing strategies. All the steps should be strictly in accordance with the operating procedures , Improve the staff’s professional level and sense of responsibility. This is to reduce the blood scrap rate, the protection of blood safety is of great significance.
