中国的改革开放,越来越多的企业成立,从原来的几个人,几十人,到现在规模化的几百人上千人,企业是发展的越来越大,规模也越来越大。传统的企业人事档案的管理也越来越制约着企业快速的发展。在日益竞争激烈的社会环境下,企业为了提高管理水平,降低管理成本,于是就降档案管理交给社会上专门从事这项服务的组织来进行管理。于是,这也就衍生出企业档案管理的社会化以及问题的分析。本文也着重从这些方面来进一步分析企业档案管理中的社会化问题。
With the reform and opening up in China, more and more enterprises have been established, ranging from a few people and dozens of people to hundreds and now hundreds of people. The enterprises are developing more and more and larger in scale . The management of the traditional enterprise personnel files also more and more restricts the rapid development of enterprises. In an increasingly competitive social environment, enterprises in order to improve the management level, reduce management costs, so the file management down to the community specializing in this service to manage the organization. As a result, this also led to the socialization of enterprise file management and analysis of the problem. This article also focuses on further analysis of social issues in enterprise file management from these aspects.
