证券信息强制披露制度的构建与完善能在保证我国的证券市场的公正性和有效性得到提高的同时,促使国家的市场经济形式不断发展与完善。而要对我国的证券信息强制披露制度进行构建与完善,就要求能对证券信息强制披露的相关理论进行深入研究,并以此为基础来为证券信息强制披露制度的构建与完善制定相应的策略。
