基于质量和能量守恒原理,对宝钢股份直属炼铁厂1号烧结机进行了质量和能量平衡测试,以全面了解其质量和能量收支水平。通过分析烧结系统的热利用情况,并与国内其它烧结机进行对比,探讨了影响烧结能耗的一系列问题,并提出了相应的改进建议。本次测试也为今后实施节能降耗增产等方面的技术改造提供了参考依据。
Based on the principle of conservation of mass and energy, quality and energy balance tests have been conducted on No. 1 sinter directly under Baosteel Co. Ltd. to fully understand its quality and energy budget. By analyzing the heat utilization of the sintering system and comparing with other domestic sintering machines, a series of problems affecting the energy consumption of the sintering are discussed, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward. This test also provides a reference for the technical transformation in the future such as saving energy and reducing consumption and increasing output.
