混合原油粘温数学模型的建立对输油管道的设计和运行管理具有重要意义。针对目前混合原油粘度计算尚无普遍适用的粘温数学模型这一现状,综合分析了国内外文献资料提出的混合原油粘温数学模型,介绍了单对数模型、Cragoe模型、双对数模型的数学表达式和适用范围,阐述了近期的相关研究成果,引入带温度影响参数的Bergman和Sutton混合原油粘温数学模型,以及反映混合原油相对密度、摩尔质量与Watson K特性常数关系的数学模型。提出了进行改善混合原油粘温数学模型计算准确度和适用范围的研究建议。
The establishment of mathematical model of mixed crude oil viscosity is of great significance to the design and operation management of oil pipeline. In view of the fact that there is no universally applicable viscosity-temperature mathematical model for the calculation of the viscosity of mixed crude oil, the mathematical model of viscosity of mixed crude oil proposed by domestic and foreign literature is synthetically analyzed. The single logarithmic model, Cragoe model and double logarithmic model Mathematical expressions and applicable scope of the mixed crude oil, the recent relevant research results are elaborated. The mathematical model of Bergman and Sutton mixed crude oil with temperature influence parameters and the mathematical model reflecting the relationship between the relative density of the mixed crude oil, the molar mass and the Watson K characteristic constant are introduced. Proposed the research proposal to improve the accuracy and scope of calculation of the mathematical model of viscosity of mixed crude oil.
