目的:观察化疗联合补中益气汤加减治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例该病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组采用化疗联合补中益气汤加减治疗,对照组采用单纯化疗治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为36.7%,对照组为33.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组症状改善率分别为70.0%、23.3%,生活质量改善率分别为86.7%、50.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);毒副反应方面,治疗组在胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制方面的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组在脱发、周围神经毒性方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减在减轻中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗过程中的各种症状、改善患者生活质量方面具有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with chemotherapy combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. Results: The total effective rate was 36.7% in the treatment group and 33.3% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The improvement rates of the two groups were 70.0% and 23.3% respectively, and the quality of life improvement rates were 86.7% and 50.0%, respectively. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and myelosuppression in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups in alopecia and peripheral neurotoxicity (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has good curative effect in alleviating all kinds of symptoms and improving quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
