阐明了热瞬态密封问题求解的关键是给出螺栓载荷的热态增量;同时指出螺栓载荷作为产生一次应力的载荷,直接关系到螺栓的疲劳性能和容器分析需用的载荷谱。叙述了现场超声测试的基础准备工作及主要结果,测试能力已超过美国Raymond公司类似产品(长1m,204℃,短时),所测螺栓长1.46m,280℃,长时现场测量。该文是作者于SMiRT-9,10(国际反应堆结构力学会议,第九、十届)发表的有关反应堆压力容器密封分析与试验工作的继续。
The key to solve the problem of thermal transient seal is to give the thermal increment of bolt load. At the same time, it is pointed out that the load of bolt as a load of primary stress is directly related to the fatigue performance of bolt and the load spectrum for container analysis. The basic preparatory work and main results of field ultrasonic testing are described. The test capability has surpassed Raymond’s similar products (length 1m, 204 ℃, short time). The measured bolt length is 1.46m at 280 ℃. This article is a continuation of the author’s work on sealing analysis and testing of reactor pressure vessels published at SMiRT-9, 10 (International Symposium on Structural Mechanics of Mechanisms, Ninth and Tenth).
