将ＢＰ神经网络理论应用于房地产市场比较法价格评估，讨论了网络结构的设计、学习算法等问题；计算实例表明，应用神经网络评估房地产价格具有方便、真实、可靠的特点。
The BP neural network theory is applied to evaluate the price of comparison method in the real estate market, and the problems of the design of network structure and learning algorithm are discussed. The calculation example shows that it is convenient, true and reliable to evaluate the price of real estate by using neural network.
