Bonn is the capital of the Federal Republic of Germany. Some people may think that as the capital of the world’s fourth largest industrial power, it must be a bustling, very noisy metropolis. In actual fact, not to mention the past population of Bonn less, it is now only three hundred thousand. The West Germans often humorously call it a “rural town.” However, this quiet “rural town” has become a veritable West German political heart. The quaint Old Town of Bonn is located west of West Germany. The famous Rhine runs south to north and splits Bonn into two parts: three-quarters in the West Bank and a quarter in the East Bank. Three bridges lying on the blue waves, the two parts of the city together. Xiang gull on the river set, ships such as shuttle.
